Friends, Eagles’ fans and countrymen lend me your eyes.  Finally, football season is upon us.  In the Zone is looking forward to the return of the greatest Eagles’ Fans in the South.  Garry and Kim, the owners, have continued to improve the amenities at In the Zone.  Philly of the South is glad to be returning to In the Zone.  The first game starts at 4 PM.  Please feel free to arrive early, so we can all catch up.    Last year was a trying year for the club.  With three different venues and a disappointing end to the season, Philly of the South club members demonstrated great loyalty and understanding.   Your dedication to the club motivates us to endeavor to enhance your game day experience.  With Kevin Kolb at the reigns, we hope he ushers in a prosperous era for the Philadelphia Eagles and Philly of the South.  

The club will be at the Green Parrot again this week for our Sunday clash with the Dallas Cowgirls at 8:20PM.  A map of the location is below, and we will see you there as we watch our Bird's!  Oh, and on a higher note, LET'S GO PHILLIES!

Hey Everyone!

It's been awhile since the last update, so I figured I would let everyone know that we now have Photos!  Just click Gallery on the main navigation and you can see the photo galleries for week 1 and week 2!   I should be getting week 3 and some old archives up before week 5.

If you notice any trouble with the background (the grey behind the window that pops-up) I am aware of it, and am currently seeking a fix.  It is an issue only with Internet Explorer.  I recommend everyone to use FireFox anyway due to security, but it will also fix issues like this on web pages.  You can get it here:



Keep in mind this is a temporary gallery!  I will be working with Eric during the season to get something similar up, but in flash with better animations and a smoother transition, as well as some cool features.  Unfortunately this stuff takes time and I don't have a ton of it.

Also coming soon on the gallery will be a "name your picture" type of thing where when you find yourself, your friends, or your family you can message us and let us know the picture number and the names and we will put them up for you!  I wish I was as crafty as facebook and could let you take photos, but I'm not quite there yet.  Maybe someday!

Hey Everyone!

We hope to see you at Wild Wing Cafe this weekend for our 1:00PM game against the Panthers on Sunday 9/13/09!  Should be an exciting season this year as the Birds go through some improvements and growing pains all over, but of course we all can't wait to see all the dynamic playmakers at their best.

I'm going to try and get out to Wild Wing a little early so I can get some seats together and see what is going on over there.  Hopefully because the Bucs game is a home game there will be very little contradictions in seating.
